Joel Ridley

Joel has been part of the Department of Physical Education for the last 15 years, and has a long history in combatives both inside and outside the college. Joel has been the RMC Taekwondo team head coach for 14 years, is a two-time national Taekwondo team member, and a seven-time provincial Taekwondo team member. He is a four-time national University Taekwondo team coach and stands as a 5th dan in WTF Taekwondo. Joel is also a Level 4 Commando Krav Maga (CKM) instructor.
Joel’s academic career includes a Bachelor of Engineering Science degree from the University of Western Ontario and a Masters of Business Administration from the Royal Military College of Canada.
