Running 13 Week

The goal of this program is to gradually build your running milage and pace, while incorporating strength training to build capacity and prevent injury. You should consider this program if your PPT running scores were low, or you are concerned about the run portion of the PPT.

Strength Foundations has been created to develop strength and power, while also building a strong foundation in cardiovascular endurance and mobility. This program will benefit all fitness levels, allowing anyone to up their game, regardless of experience.
