Welcome to the best programs out there. These have been developed by your Physical Education Department staff to target various goals from improving your running capacity, to increasing your recovery and mobility, to boosting your strength, power and mental toughness.

 

Running 13 Week

The goal of this program is to gradually build your running milage and pace, while incorporating strength training to build capacity and prevent injury. You should consider this program if your PPT running scores were low, or you are concerned about the run portion of the PPT.

Combat Arms Prep Program

Combat Arms Phase Program has been developed to train you for phase training. Get ready. This program prepares you for the physical and psychological components you need to be strong in for phase training.

Strength Foundations has been created to develop strength and power, while also building a strong foundation in cardiovascular endurance and mobility. This program will benefit all fitness levels, allowing anyone to up their game, regardless of experience.

500 PPT Prep Program

This program has been developed to prepare you for the PPT and help you get the best score you can. This is a well rounded - all encompassing program for anyone looking to increase their overall score on the PPT.

Foundations is the most entry-level program offered by the department. It has been designed for a beginner, someone with little fitness experience, or someone who is just starting to recondition after an injury.

Reconditioning
